When planning an event that requires a desserts and drinks component, there are a few variables to consider. The fine print is just below:
All Dae Frozen Treats will require a $900 deposit for any event bookings where you intend to offer our products for sale to your attendees. If/when we exceed that total in sales, you will have it refunded in full. In the event that we don’t exceed that minimum benchmark, we refund the difference between our sales figure and your deposit amount.
Alternatively, you can order quantities and varieties of any of the items from our menu, and subject to a modest travel fee (which varies, depending on your location), we’ll agree on an invoice amount prior to your event.
In either case, we’ll come equipped to serve more than the required minimum, in case your attendee count differs from expectations. We can settle up for the difference on the spot or after the fact, as preferred.
An important consideration for event planners- we can serve anywhere between 80 and 120 guests per hour, depending on the items being ordered. When planning the duration of your event, please keep this figure in mind. Comparing these figures to many other food service operators, our service delivery rate is quite high. Even so, if you book us for two hours and hope to serve 300 or more guests, that formula doesn’t compute successfully. We’re committed to your satisfaction- if you plan accordingly, your guests will be thrilled!
